Delete your account.
You can delete your Dexter account and its data at any time. Here's how.
In the app
- Open Dexter and go to Profile, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Re-enter your password, or sign in with Google again, and confirm.
Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone.
Can't sign in?
Request deletion by email instead. We'll send a confirmation link that works for 24 hours, and nothing is deleted until you open it and confirm.
You'll finish on the Dexter app's secure page.
What gets deleted
Your account, pets, records and uploaded documents, reminders, Dexter AI chats, Passport settings and sharing, and your community posts and replies. Records of past Passport scans are kept only in anonymised form, and some data may be kept where the law requires it.
Only some data? You can delete pets, records and reminders in the app without deleting your account.
